minimum(ミニマム)＝最小、最小限、極小。

minimumは年・月・曜日の表記を無くし、日の数字のみで構成したカレンダーです。
印刷には亜鉛凸版という写真製版の技術を応用した、現在では大変希少な印刷方法を採用。
独特の凹凸のある質感を表現しました。
裏面を指で触れば、凹凸から一年という時を感じることが出来ます。
また、裏から光を当てれば、印字部分が透けて数字の色が明るく光って見えます。
さらに日焼けなどの経年変化によって紙が濃くなり見え方も変化していきます。
まずは紙を取り出し、手触りとインクの匂いを感じてください。

For the “Minimum” calendar, it has been stripped of the year, months, and days of the week, leaving
only the days of the month. This calendar has been specially printed using the rare technique of photoengraving. This creates a wonderfully unique texture on the calendar paper.
By tracing your fingers over the numbers, you can not only see, but feel the passage of time.
And by placing the calendar in front of the light, the numbers will appear to glow as the light shines through.
With age and exposure to sunlight the paper will darken, just another way to enjoy the passing of the seasons.
First, take it out of the package, feel the paper beneath your fingertips, and enjoy the scent of the ink.

↑白い壁に貼ると壁に埋め込まれたかのような一体感。


↑このように「○月」や「○曜日」といった表記は一切ありません。


↑白の紙の上の数字の凹みは雪の足跡を想起させます。


↑日光に当てると数字部分が白く光って見えます。






↑暗闇で光を当てると、このような見え方になります。


↑裏面は凸版印刷ならではの独特の手触り。感触が指に心地良いです。

↑亜鉛凸版の型となる亜鉛板。「亜鉛凸版は現像液の液温や腐食液の調合、腐食時間などによって出来上がりが微妙に

　とあるように製作には長年の経験に裏打ちされた緻密で繊細な職人の技を要します。
